Tiny Baby Clothes

Today we went through some Adam's old baby clothes to see of there is anything for baby girl to wear.  He loved hearing stories about all his favorite clothes.  And kept holding them to his face and saying these are so soft and comfy (conky) cozy.  The baby would love this one!

Luckily I bought a lot of white and grey for him before he was born.  So we have a nice little pile of newborn sleepers and gowns!

A Day at the Beach

Last weekend we decided to jump in the car and drive to Malibu for the day.  Adam loves the beach and it was a gorgeous day.  We had so much fun splashing in the water, eating beach shack food, and enjoying watching Adam run around in pure happiness.

Maternity Photos

I love love being pregnant.  There is a chance I may not get to do it again so I did a majorly indulgent photo shoot on the beach to capture this moment in our life and my giant belly.  My friend Amy Stone shot these at the Hermosa Pier at the end of a beautiful California summer day.  We had such a fun time playing together as our little family of three.

First Day of Preschool

Last week Adam started preschool.  Yes, SCHOOL!  We just can't believe what a big kid he is.  He goes every morning from 9-12:30.  And even eats lunch at school.  We took a special trip to the store so he could pick out his lunch box.  He chose dinosaurs.  It's monogrammed with his name is is utterly adorable.   His first week was great, he marched up to the school so brave.  After his first day his teachers asked if he had done school before because he adjusted so quickly and had so much fun.  This second week has been a little more difficult.  He loves school and never wants to leave, but has a couple of sad days when we drop him off.  He especially misses his dada.  We are so proud of our sensitive little boy and know he is going to love his adorable school.

Here are some photos from the first day.  Not surprisingly we took A LOT!
